Order confirmation

When we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation via e-mail. This contains information about your order. Always check the order approval and contact us as soon as possible if something feels unclear | info (at) leicacenter.se.

If you wish to change an order afterwards, contact us with your question and we will see if we can help you. In the event of changes in orders that have already been delivered, special conditions apply.

Delivery point

The package is always delivered to the nearest delivery point. As soon as the package has arrived at your delivery point, an SMS notification will be sent to you, which you, together with identification, need for collection. You can also use your package number to redeem your order

Delivery time

The delivery time is normally 2 working days from the day of ordering for items that are in stock in the store and about 5 working days from the order date if the items are in stock at our suppliers unless otherwise stated in the article description text. We reserve the right to delay any time due to the fact that our suppliers are unable to meet their delivery times. In case of deviations from our normal delivery times, or if the items you ordered have different delivery times, we will contact you (if more than a few days difference). We also reserve the right to final sales, any price errors and other delivery problems that are beyond our control.

Delay in delivery

Even if we do our utmost to deliver what has been ordered in the promised time, it can be wrong. If the delivery is delayed in relation to what has been specifically promised, please contact us immediately. If you want to cancel a delayed item, please contact us by email or phone. We do not take responsibility for any damage that has occurred or may occur as a result of an announced delivery time being exceeded. Please note that you must contact us if it is important that the delivery takes place within or before a certain time.

Transport

All transport within Sweden takes place with the help of Postnord. Report transport damage as soon as possible and without delay to us or Postnord.

Payment terms

Items purchased through our website are paid for with a credit card at the website's checkout. Companies that may want to trade against an invoice are asked to contact us.

Offers and special prices

Offers and special prices on the website apply as long as stock lasts. We reserve the right for possible final sales and for warehousing at our suppliers. We will contact you if an ordered item is back-listed with our supplier. Contact us if you want to cancel your remaining listing or if you have questions about delivery times or the like.

Prices

All prices on the website are stated in SEK including VAT. Shipping costs (within Sweden) will be added to orders under SEK 10,000. Buyers from countries other than Sweden are asked to contact us for information on shipping costs.

Card payment

Everything purchased via the website is paid directly online by card payment. No card fees will be added. We reserve the right to refuse the purchase if the card is not valid or if the purchase price is not available for debit.

After you have chosen to pay by card payment at the checkout, you will be transferred to a payment window that guides you through the purchase. We accept purchases with Visa and Mastercard.

In order for you as a consumer to feel safe when you shop on Leica Center's website, we work with Dibs / Teller for redemption of card payments. Dibs / Teller guarantees fast and secure payment and meets the requirements for PCI-DSS. Please note that you must have a parent's permit to shop at the Leica Center if you are under 18 years of age.

Right of exchange and return

You have a full return and exchange right within 14 days of receiving your items, provided that you have not used them and that they are returned in undamaged condition.

In order for the return to be approved, the returned items must be in substantially unchanged condition. They must be packed well in their original packaging with associated inner packaging and together with any accessories. Transport damage due to inadequate packaging will be charged to you as a customer. Do not put address labels directly on the packaging of the articles, but place the original box in another box. Do not forget to state the reasons for the return by e-mail, telephone or in writing together with the return.

You must pay for return postage yourself. Returns must be sent with Postnord to our address below, or left in our store. Save your return receipt and remember that you are responsible for the return shipment.

We accept no liability for transport damage as a result of poor packaging on return.

When exchanging, returning or complaining, we generally follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's rules for e-commerce. Our goal is for you to be satisfied with the goods and items you buy from us. When you shop via our website, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the delivery according to the Distance and Home Sales Act. As previously mentioned, you must notify us in advance of the return.

In order to be able to handle your case more quickly, we ask you to provide the following information:

>> Name and article number of the items you want to return.

Refund

Refunds for a returned item will be refunded to the customer's account (credit card) within 30 days. The repayment period depends on the credit card company's routines.

Reservations

We reserve the right to final sale and that items may have been discontinued from our or our suppliers' range. We can not guarantee that all images accurately reflect the true appearance of the products. We also reserve the right to make any factual errors on the website. Please note that the pictures of used articles do not always show the article in its entirety, which is why they should not be used for quality determination. See our notes on the condition of the used items.

We reserve the right to adjust prices and any price errors.

Force majeure

Wibergs Foto Eftr AB (Leica Center) is exempt from punishment for failure to fulfill a certain obligation under this agreement, if the failure is based on a liberating circumstance as below and the circumstance prevents, impedes or delays the fulfillment. Relieving circumstances shall include, inter alia, government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict in the labor market, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, major accident or other type of natural disaster. Force majeure includes government decisions that affect the market and products negatively, such as restrictions in indications, warning texts, sales bans, etc., abnormal decline in the market and whether the company has been designated for criminal activity that affects the business.

The law on distance selling

Wibergs Foto Eftr AB (Leica Center) complies with the law on distance selling.

Dispute

In the event of a dispute, Wibergs Foto Eftr AB (Leica Center Stockholm) will follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations.
